Where is it done?

All private (1-to-1) and semi private (2-3ppl) sessions are done in the comfort of your home, office or location of your choosing. It is important to note, we are a mobile instructional body. Sessions are either done at your location or online via zoom.

What can I expect?

Sessions are used to create, go-over, and/or refine your personalized wellness program. Whether your intention is increasing flexibility, improving strength or finding skills to distress through breathwork and meditation. In addition to this personalized approach to program design you can expect goal setting, an accountability partner, and level appropriate modifications.

Zoom Sessions

Structured similarly to in person sessions. Virtual sessions enable us to work together to craft, deliver and refine your program overtime to reflect life changes and goal adjustments.
